Our Story: From Research to Reality
Surgicalbot Systems Ltd was born from a singular mission: to eliminate the digital barrier between a surgeon’s intent and a robot's execution. What began as an intensive research thesis into haptic stabilization and state estimation has evolved into a specialized Physical AI startup.
We identified a critical bottleneck in modern robotic surgery: the loss of tactile intuition due to signal latency and mechanical jitter. By developing proprietary Filtering engines, we successfully transitioned our theoretical research into a deployable software framework designed for the most demanding clinical environments.
Our Methodology: Sim-to-Real
At Surgicalbot Systems, we do not experiment on physical hardware until we have achieved mathematical certainty in simulation. Our development follows a rigorous Sim-to-Real Pipeline leveraging the NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse ecosystems.
Digital Twin Validation: We create exact kinematic replicas of manipulators to stress-test our algorithms against simulated noise and latency.
Physics-First AI: We use NVIDIA PhysX to ensure our AI models understand the real-world constraints of tool-tissue interaction.
Rapid Iteration: Our methodology allows us to compress years of physical testing into months of high-fidelity synthetic data generation, ensuring that our final deployment on NVIDIA IGX hardware is stable, safe, and clinically reliable.
